Hello and Failte!

Our move to Skye finally happened in 2019 after five long years of searching for our perfect island home.

​

Over the years, Bill and I have travelled extensively all over the world. But once we'd visited Skye we both instantly knew that our future lay on the exhilaratingly rugged and breathtakingly beautiful West Coast.

​

So we embarked on finding, buying and renovating our home in the crofting community of Harlosh. It has taken a couple of years, but the house is now a cosy retreat - complete with The Loft, a separate, self-contained space where guests can enjoy the Skye experience.

​

Bill is passionate about sailing, mountaineering and walking, loving nature and wildlife while I am thoroughly enjoying the vibrant music, art, craft and culture scene to be found on the island.

​

We have totally immersed ourselves into all that Skye has to offer and continue to learn about the Island - its heritage, language, culture and history.
